Danish Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (DJOG) represents a new forum in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology, with the intent to publish a broad range of original, peer-reviewed papers, from scientific and clinical research to reviews and guidelines relevant to practice. It also aims to include a new platform for publishing protocols, case reports, pilot studies and Quality Assurance/Clinical Audit Projects.
Our editors have recognized the difficulties that junior doctors encounter in achieving their first publication(s) and would like to offer a platform for studies that traditionally can be difficult to get published in high-impact journals including studies with negative findings. Our goal is to attract a world-wide readership thanks to the emphasis on practical applicability and open access.
Announcing the launch of DJOG!
We are excited to announce the semi-official launch of DJOG - the first non-profit, open access journal within the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. We are also very proud to reveal that Professor Ellen Løkkegaard will be the Editor-in-Chief and Professor Anja Pinborg will serve as the head of the Editorial Board.
We are now accepting manuscripts for our first issue. There is no article processing charge (APC) for the first issue.
